The Pet Pals Club is an experiential learning program specifically designed for animal lovers between the ages of 10 and 15.
The Pet Pals Club meets at the shelter on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 4 to 5:30 pm. Each club meeting will include an instructional presentation on an animal welfare or animal sheltering topic, plus an opportunity for the club members to interact with shelter animals.
Pet Pals Club programs are supervised by CCHS staff members so that parents or mentors need not be present. The cost of a 3-month membership is $25 and pre-registration is required. To enroll, please stop by the shelter or call 344-7297 and speak with a staff member about enrolling in the Pet Pals Club (payment required at time of enrollment via cash, check, or credit card).
